Job summary

A successful recruitment agency is seeking an experienced European Account Manager to join their growing team in Leicester. You will be responsible for onboarding new customer accounts and nurturing existing relationships. Your role includes leading customer meetings, negotiating costings for optimal margins, and identifying business growth opportunities. The ideal candidate has retail experience, specifically with the Inditex Group, and is comfortable with potential travel to the Far East. The position offers one day of remote work per week.

A successful supplier to the UK High Street supplier requires an experienced European Account Manager to join their expanding team, with the view to on board new customer accounts.

• Onboard new customers and nurture those relationships

• Negotiating costings with to achieve the best margins
• Working closely with the factories
• Attending sample shopping trips
• Identifying gaps in the market and business growth opportunities, following up leading and exceeding targets

European Account Manager Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working with key retail customers, including the Inditex Group
• Experience working on ladieswear and / or girlswear

European Account Manager Additional Information

• This role offer 1 day working from home
• Far East travel will be required in the future, so the ideal candidate must be happy to do this
