Job summary

Kidde Global Solutions seeks a Director of Supply Chain & Operations for Europe, based in Cambridge, UK, or Gdańsk. You will head end-to-end planning, inventory strategies, and distribution excellence across UK, Ireland and Continental Europe, aligning with Sales, Finance, and Product Management to drive service and cost improvements.

You’ll lead governance of SIOP, manage 3PLs, and drive performance across KPIs like forecast accuracy, OTIF, and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• Significant leadership experience in supply chain and cross-functional environments.
• Experience leading Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, or Distribution functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the European Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Distribution teams.
• Own regional SIOP processes and governance across UK, Ireland, and Continental Europe.
• Drive KPI management, forecasting accuracy, and planning discipline.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Product Management and IT for alignment and improvements.
• Oversee 3PL relationships and distribution network performance.
