Bruker is seeking a Service Manager (m/f/d) to build and develop a high‑performing European service team within Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology. You will lead talent development, drive regional revenue growth, and cultivate senior customer relationships across semiconductor and life sciences markets.

You will partner with Sales, Applications, and Support to deliver world‑class service, ensure policy compliance, and steer continuous improvement through KPI tracking and structured reviews.

Formación

• Proven track record leading technical service teams across regions.
• Strong stakeholder and executive relationship management.
• Experience owning P&L or revenue budgets is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Europe BNSM service team development and succession planning.
• Drive customer satisfaction and build strategic customer partnerships.
• Manage service revenue targets and annual budget for Europe.
• Oversee training programs, certifications, and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with Sales and Applications to align service with business goals.
• Travel across Europe to supervise installations, maintenance, and support.
