Role Description

We’re looking for a region builder with the hunger to scale and the courage to lead. If you’ve operated within the Oracle, Salesforce, or broader supply chain technology ecosystem and are ready to drive InspireXT’s next chapter of growth in Europe, this is your platform.


Job Description

  • Build InspireXT Europe to deliver >40% YoY growth from a strong base.
  • Develop a regional organisation that’s embedded in the local fabric yet collaborative with global operations.
  • Lead strategy and execution to identify, shape, and close mid-to-large scale technology and transformation deals across Europe.
  • Own and expand strategic client relationships – personally driving pursuit and positioning.
  • Align solution teams and delivery capabilities behind growth using data, insight, and operational rigour.
  • Provide delivery oversight and ensure operational rhythm across the region.
  • Lead regional growth initiatives – from market expansion and GTM planning to talent strategy.
  • Build and nurture high-performing, cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, and industry.
  • Bring commercial clarity to opportunity qualification, pursuit prioritisation, and forecasting.
  • Shape InspireXT’s regional brand and influence across Oracle, Salesforce, and Snowflake ecosystems by leveraging our Connected Intelligence IP.

What Success Looks Like in Year 1

  • Minimum Three strategic accounts secured and expanded.
  • Regional brand visibility enhanced through thought leadership and partner engagement.
  • Core team scaled with InspireXT’s operating system fully embedded.
  • Operating rhythm established with global leadership and key delivery forums.




Requirements


  • Minimum 15 years in technology consulting, with exposure to Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake, or similar enterprise platforms – Ideally in supply chain transformation.
  • Proven track record in closing complex, multi-pillar, multi-year deals (£250K–£5M+).
  • Strategic mindset with tactical grit – able to navigate ambiguity and deliver growth.
  • Deep belief in systems, organisational memory, team building, ownership, and long-term value creation.
  • Entrepreneurial instincts with the courage to take accountability and scale from a strong foundation.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technology, enterprise applications, and evolving supply chain needs.
  • Ability to lead across geographies, cultures, and senior stakeholders with empathy and edge.
