The Role

We are hiring a part-time, remote Associate Program Manager to support GoingVC’s European initiatives, manage programs, engage members, and build relationships within the venture capital ecosystem.

Responsibilities include managing the European flagship program, coordinating events, handling administrative duties, supporting strategic initiatives, updating program materials, engaging with members, maintaining organizational resources, and supporting team projects.

Who We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of experience, are passionate about venture capital, and are familiar with tools like Airtable, Notion, Slack, and Google Drive. They are organized, communicative, proactive, and comfortable working independently in CET timezone, preferably based in Europe.
