About GoingVC

GoingVC was founded in 2016 to provide a concrete pathway into venture capital. It has grown into a vibrant organization focused on making venture capital education, investing, networks, and talent more accessible. We run a flagship program twice a year, an active angel community, GoingVC Angels, and support early-stage startups through GoingVC Partners.

The 16-week flagship program helps members advance their venture capital careers or launch their own funds, offering opportunities to learn, network, and gain work experience.

In 2024, GoingVC acquired VC content, job, and thought leadership platforms VC Stack and Startup & VC, expanding our reach.

The Role

We are hiring a part-time, remote Associate Program Manager to support GoingVC’s European community, assist with program management, and help grow our network.

Responsibilities include managing the European program, engaging members, organizing events, handling administrative tasks, supporting projects, updating materials, and maintaining relationships within the VC ecosystem.

Who We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of experience, are passionate about venture capital, well-organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely within CET hours, preferably based in Europe.

Must Haves:

• Passion for GoingVC’s mission and interest in venture capital
• Familiarity with productivity tools like Airtable, Typeform, Notion, Trello, Slack, Google Drive
• Excellent communication skills and organization
• Responsiveness and politeness
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• European location and CET availability

Nice to Haves

• Experience in investment banking, consulting, startups, or tech
