Job summary

Proximie Limited is seeking a Partnerships Manager, Medical Devices to drive adoption of the Proximie platform across European surgical environments. The role is field-based, collaborating with NHS trusts, medtech partners and clinical stakeholders.

You will manage accounts, onboard customers, and identify growth opportunities while re-engaging lapsed relationships. The ideal candidate understands the operating room and has healthcare or medtech experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in medical devices, surgical technology or a clinical environment.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales or account management role.
• Familiarity with operating room environments and surgical workflows.
• Healthcare or NHS environment experience is desirable; medtech partnerships a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time and project management; ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across the UK and Europe.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours when procedures are scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Support and grow a portfolio of accounts to drive platform adoption, renewals and expansion.
• Be present in the OR: support live clinical utilisation of the Proximie platform.
• Build trusted relationships with clinical, administrative and medtech partners.
• Lead product demonstrations and clinical walkthroughs that clearly communicate the platform value to stakeholders.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience, ensuring every interaction builds trust and long-term partnership.
