Deutsche Bank’s Transaction Coordination Group (TCG) is a global, cross-divisional function within the Investment Bank (IB) Origination & Advisory (O&A) Leveraged Debt Capital Markets franchise.

Role Description

In TCG, you will work closely with our LDCM Business deal teams in the EMEA region, managing the deal lifecycle from origination to loan closing and monitoring of the hold position. You will ensure transactions comply with internal policies, regulatory, and legal requirements, including KYC. You will also participate in special projects and initiatives as directed by senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with deal teams to manage transaction lifecycle, including executing and closing loan and bond transactions
  • Lead KYC, funding, legal review, and internal approvals
  • Manage the LDCM portfolio from booking to refinancing, including agent notifications and credit events
  • Participate in projects to improve process efficiency and compliance with evolving regulations
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Leveraged Finance, understanding of loan and bond transactions, KYC, and banking regulations
  • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Team player with problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Knowledge of European languages like French, German, or Italian is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
