Job summary

Fisher Investments Europe seeks an Institutional Sales Relationship Manager to lead strategic coverage of institutional clients and investment consultants across the UK, Ireland and selected European markets.

Reporting to the Head of Institutional Sales, you will partner with Senior Sales Relationship Managers to build relationships with consultants and institutional asset owners, meeting face-to-face and presenting Fisher's investment philosophy.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of financial industry experience with a track record of success in building relationships with investment consultants and institutional asset owners.
• Ability to set, monitor, and accomplish goals.
• Experience addressing complex challenges managing a broad opportunity set.
• Willingness to travel frequently within an assigned territory.
• Solid investment knowledge; ideally experience communicating listed equity investment philosophies and processes.
• Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with external partners and institutional team members to coordinate with Senior Sales Relationship Managers and deploy business development resources within an assigned territory.
• Ensure accurate, regularly updated information about prospect personnel and decision-making processes is recorded in our CRM system.
• Cold call, establish relationships, and conduct formal presentations to convey Fisher Investments' investment philosophy to prospects and consultants.
• Lead market expansion efforts within the UK, Ireland and selected European territories, introducing Fisher Investments Europe and ensuring regulatory adherence.
