Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Product Strategy Manager to drive the CDE strategy for Europe, coordinating across Documents, BIM, Assets and platform services. Based in London or Dublin, you will work with Product Directors, VPs and GTM teams to deliver market-leading CDE solutions.

You will evangelize the product to customers and partners, align with Go-to-Market plans, and use data-driven insights to guide prioritization and roadmaps in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of enterprise SaaS product management experience.
• 5+ years delivering CDE solutions in Europe.
• Experience with European construction industry standards and compliance for document management.
• Customer-centric with enterprise discovery experience.
• Experience driving product adoption and scaling in fast-paced environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep understanding of Construction Common Data Environments and industry standards for clear communication with internal teams and customers.
• Lead product strategy and prioritization for Procore’s CDE solutions in Europe, ensuring compliance and competitive differentiation.
• Define measurable goals and product outcomes aligned with business objectives.
• Foster collaboration between product managers, engineers and designers for seamless development and integration of CDEs.
• Communicate roadmaps, milestones, and progress effectively to executive and team levels.
