TRP Recruitment Limited seeks a visionary Chief Commercial Officer to steer the European brand across wholesale, strategic accounts, distributors, and agents. This executive will own the European commercial agenda, delivering sustainable growth and strengthening relationships with key retail partners.

You will lead a high‑caliber team, shape pricing discipline and profitability, build a strong distributor network across Europe, and drive sustainable value for shareholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior commercial leadership experience within sporting goods, athletic footwear, apparel or lifestyle brands.
• Proven success leading European wholesale businesses and distributor networks.
• Deep European sporting goods industry experience.
• Established network of senior decision-makers across Europe's leading sporting goods and footwear retailers.
• Exceptional deal-making skills and experience negotiating commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Brands' European commercial strategy across wholesale, distributors, agents and strategic accounts.
• Drive profitable growth with a disciplined approach to pricing, trade investment, and customer profitability.
• Manage strategic retail partnerships with key European retailers and distributors to unlock growth.
• Build and develop a high-performance commercial organization with clear accountability and succession plans.
