Job Description:
- Develop a 3-5 year business strategy for the Western European market to achieve annual sales targets (revenue, profit, market share, etc.).
- Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to refine product strategies and pricing models, enhancing brand competitiveness.
- Manage existing distribution channels (distributors, retailers, e-commerce platforms) and identify new partners (e.g., chain supermarkets, office supply groups).
- Build and lead a sales team (if applicable), optimize performance evaluation systems, and improve end-market coverage and customer satisfaction.
- Drive localized marketing strategies, including digital marketing (social media, SEO/SEM), offline campaigns, and customized B2B solutions.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to execute brand awareness initiatives and elevate brand recognition.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to optimize inventory turnover and cost efficiency.
- Regularly report market progress to headquarters, providing resource requests and risk alerts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience in the stationery/office supplies/FMCG industry, including 5+ years in Western European market management.
- Familiarity with Western European stationery channels (e.g., Staples, Office Depot, independent retailers) and industry association networks.
- Proven track record in both sales (B2B/B2C) and marketing (brand promotion, user growth).
- Experience managing multinational teams and strong cross-cultural communication skills (fluent in English; German/French is a plus).
