Job summary

RBW Consulting partners with a fast-growing global healthcare education business to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to build new relationships and drive commercial opportunities across Europe. This is a new-business-focused role requiring IME/CME expertise and an established Medical Affairs network.

You will personally originate and win new business, develop proposals, attend congresses, and contribute to growth with uncapped commission alongside base salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in IME/CME and medical education.
• Established network within pharmaceutical Medical Affairs.
• Track record of personally winning new business.
• Experience building senior pharma client relationships.
• Commercial, proactive approach to opening new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build senior Medical Affairs relationships across pharmaceutical companies.
• Identify, originate and convert new educational opportunities.
• Grow new supporter relationships across Europe.
• Work with internal teams to develop proposals for new educational opportunities.
• Attend medical congresses, scientific meetings and industry events.
• Build a strong pipeline of new business and contribute to commercial growth.
