Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client's pain points and create technical solutions that deliver business results.
• Lead enterprise client engagement from pre-sales to project implementation, including demos, presentations, architecture design workshops, and POC delivery.
• Act as a trusted internal advisor, collaborating with product teams, providing industry knowledge, and shaping product roadmaps.
• Work with product teams to close Product Market Fit gaps and drive product development iterations.
• Maintain post-sales support and drive upsell/cross-sell activities with Account Executives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
• 5+ years of related work experience in a similar field.
• Technical experience in software engineering, architecture, or solution engineering.
• Team player with positive morale and goal-oriented mindset.
• Can-Do attitude, self-starter, independent worker, results-oriented.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, problem solver, resilient.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, able to explain past projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of developer skills, web and native app development, or microservice architecture.
• Degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
• Experience with large enterprise clients in ecommerce, retail, media, entertainment, gaming, or gambling.
• Experience as a solution architect or pre-sales engineer in B2B, AI/ML, cloud, or edge computing.
• Deep understanding of public cloud services, CDN, security, video streaming, RTC, VOD, ML applications.
