Responsibilities:
  1. Provide an excellent customer experience to our client's user base, delivering prompt support in line with business impact.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve EUD incidents, requests, and problems, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  3. Identify patterns and trends within the EUD services and proactively raise them as problems.
  4. Support the scheduling of moves, projects, events, and technology provisions, providing a proactive service.
  5. Deliver services to the agreed Key Performance Indicators, User Experience Agreements, and Service Level Agreements.
  6. Follow processes and procedures, with a strong focus on asset management governance.
  7. Identify service improvements within the EUD service delivery and escalate them to the EUD Senior Engineers.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience working in ICT operational delivery.
  2. Proven experience in supporting Windows 10, smartphones, laptops, and desktops.
  3. Previous experience in resolving incidents, requests, and problems.
  4. Proven experience in identifying and delivering service improvements.
  5. Excellent customer experience ethos.
  6. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
  7. Ability to travel to different locations across multiple forces and undertake assignments in a timely manner.
  8. Good communication skills.
  9. ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL V4 equivalent certification is desirable.
