Reggie & Cole in London is seeking an EUC Engineer to own the EndPoint and Intune estate, sitting between the service desk and infrastructure team. You will build a roadmap, run discovery, and present to senior leadership, shaping the endpoint strategy and security posture.

You will implement Windows Autopilot, Patch My PC packaging, and MD-102 level practices while working in a hybrid setup with the business. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role.

EUC Engineer (Endpoint Management and Intune)

Working pattern: Hybrid. x2 days in Office

A well-known professional services partnership of around 1,400 people is hiring its first dedicated EUC Engineer. Intune is in use today, but nobody owns it full time. This role is the chance to take it back to a clean slate and rebuild it properly.

You would be the only specialist in this space, sitting between the service desk and the infrastructure team. The business knows what good looks like and expects you to raise the bar. You would run your own discovery, build the roadmap, present it to senior leadership, and take short briefs and run with them.

What you would be running

• Intune policies, configuration profiles, compliance rules and security baselines across the whole device estate, keeping what works and removing what should not be there
• The software catalogue: packaging every application and keeping it patched through Patch My PC, and closing the gaps in what exists today
• Packaging standards that need setting from scratch, covering naming conventions, detection scripts, error handling and reporting
• Windows Autopilot provisioning, building it out further and fixing it when it misbehaves
• PowerShell automation to take repeat work out of device management and remove recurring issues at the source
• Platform health reporting, third line escalations from the service desk, and the documentation that goes with it, in a regulated and documentation-heavy environment
• Endpoint security baselines, working with the Infrastructure and Security teams to cut vulnerabilities and unmanaged software

What they need from you:

• Hands-on ownership of Intune in a mid-sized or large business, building and running it, not only supporting it
• Hands-on Patch My PC experience, as all of their packaging runs through it
• Win32 packaging done to a standard, with detection rules, error control and consistent naming
• Real depth in Windows 11, Entra ID, Conditional Access and Autopilot
• A clear view of how MDM and MAM differ and when you would use each
• PowerShell you have written yourself to automate, configure or report on devices
• Endpoint admin knowledge at MD-102 level, certified or not
• The confidence to work without day-to-day direction
