Base pay range

At Grandir UK, we are seeking an End User Compute (EUC) Analyst to strengthen our internal IT service capabilities. This role is focused on improving the end-user experience across our organisation by analysing incident trends, managing escalations, and driving service improvements.

Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, you will work closely with the service desk team to ensure our technology estate is reliable, secure, and user-friendly.

The purpose of the role

To act as the escalation point for technical support issues, perform root cause analysis, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across our end-user computing environment.

What you will be doing

  • Acting as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues raised by Service Desk Technicians.
  • Performing root cause analysis on recurring incidents and identifying long-term solutions.
  • Assisting the Service Desk Team Leader with analysing incident and service request trends to identify proactive improvements.
  • Managing device provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle across the organisation, primarily through Microsoft 365 services and toolset.
  • Maintaining and improving our EUC standards, including hardware, software, and user profiles.
  • Collaborating with the Service Desk Team Leader to refine support processes and documentation.
  • Supporting onboarding of new technologies and contributing to project delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with cyber security and data protection policies.
  • Liaising with vendors and partners to resolve escalated issues and implement solutions.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of our internal documentation platform.

What we are looking for

You’ll have a strong background in end-user support and technical analysis, with a passion for improving service quality and user experience. You’ll be confident handling escalations, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable fixes. Your ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be key to your success.

  • Proven experience in technical support or EUC analysis, ideally within a multi-site organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with incident trend analysis and root cause investigation.
  • Solid understanding of device provisioning, configuration management, and EUC technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 suite, including Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to document processes and contribute to knowledge base development.
  • Experience working with ITSM tools and service desk environments.
  • Excellent workload and time-management skills.
  • Able to successfully pass an enhanced DBS check.
  • Familiarity with cyber security principles and compliance frameworks.
  • Project delivery experience in EUC or IT operations.
  • Degree in a relevant subject.

What we offer in return

  • Holiday 23 days plus bank holidays (3 days must be reserved for Christmas shut down).
  • Generous discount on childcare.
  • ‘Wellbeing Day’ – an extra day off each year, just for you, outside of your holiday allowance.
  • Private Medical Insurance: Bupa or equivalent.
  • 24/7 remote GP appointments.
  • Healthcare cash plan – Claim cash back on medical procedures such as dental care and physiotherapy.
  • Death in service policy.
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
  • Recommend friends and family to work for us and be rewarded with a cash bonus.
  • Access to an employee benefits portal, which includes discounts at 100’s of online high street stores, turning points into cash.
  • 'May I say thank you' for the month of May to appreciate the hard work and dedication of staff teams.
  • Working for a business that has received 'Great Place To Work' certification, putting people at the core of what we do, reflecting our commitment to creating a positive and thriving environment for our employees.
