The Role

This position will support ongoing growth within the Iberian Key Accounts team. The Sales team is responsible for driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships. The EU Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting key account operations, managing essential client communications, and ensuring smooth order and shipment processes. Prior experience in an administrative or sales support role within consumer goods is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and nurturing strong, positive relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Entering and managing customer orders and back orders with precision and accuracy.
  • Monitoring stock availability and coordinating allocation.
  • Sending order confirmations and advising clients on product availability.
  • Providing regular updates to the Key Account Manager and clients regarding order and back-order status.
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order shipments in line with customer requirements.
  • Liaising with the credit control team regarding client payments.
  • Managing sample requests from clients, agents, and Regional Sales Managers, and coordinating availability across multiple warehouses.

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (Portuguese would also be beneficial).
  • Prior experience in an administrative or sales support role within consumer goods is essential.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of Power BI & SAP is helpful but not essential; training provided).
  • Experience with order processing and shipping operations, with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks and workload independently.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining effective internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
