Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Safety Engineer to join the Safety Engineering team supporting International Operations. The role involves ensuring safety standards across Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers, and Delivery Stations outside North America, validating vendor safety solutions, and working with internal teams to ensure compliance with EU safety regulations. Knowledge of robotics and automated conveyor systems is essential.

Responsibilities include defining safety standards, supporting procurement and design processes, conducting machinery inspections, training personnel, and promoting safety innovations. The role reports to the Sr. Manager High Risk Operations within WHS International Operations.

Basic qualifications include advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, a degree aligned with the European Qualifications Framework, and extensive experience in Safety Engineering risk management, especially related to EU machinery safety standards.

Preferred qualifications include PMP or similar certification, experience with lean and Six Sigma methodologies, a master's degree, and certifications like CMSE or FS Engineer.
