A leading fintech company is seeking a Payroll Associate to manage payroll processes across EU countries. The role offers flexible working options and requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and end-to-end payroll experience. Candidates should be knowledgeable about payroll legislation and able to work in a dynamic environment. This position can be hybrid or fully remote within the UK.
The payroll associate works in partnership with others in the People collective to ensure our Monzonauts are paid accurately and on time. They support the wider payroll team, other People Collective teams and managers in understanding the complexities of EU payroll legislation to create a delightful payroll experience at every point in the Monzonaut lifecycle.
You will be part of a 4-person team and will coordinate our current payrolls in Ireland, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Germany and Portugal, as well as new payrolls we set up in other EU countries. You will play a key role by:
