The Role and Candidate

As part of our growing operations team in Europe, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of our day-to-day processes. This role is based in our EU office in London and is essential in ensuring administrative efficiency and interdepartmental collaboration across the region.

The ideal candidate is organised, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You will support the operations function by managing administrative tasks, monitoring procedures, and helping to optimise processes.

Responsibilities

  • Handle internal and external correspondence and ensure timely communication across teams
  • Organise and maintain operational files, records, and documentation
  • Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and company events
  • Monitor performance indicators and prepare analytical reports for management
  • Support operational project planning and follow-up on key deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and procedures
  • Provide hands-on support in implementing new operational processes
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvement actions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or office coordination
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Experience working in a fast-growing retail or consumer goods company
  • Familiarity with business systems (ERP, expense reporting tools, etc.)
  • Fluency in an additional European language (e.g. French, German, Italian, Spanish)
  • Experience working across departments or international teams
