Enterprise Holdings is seeking an EU Marketing Strategy Manager for the Replacement & Leisure Division at our European Headquarters in Egham, Surrey. The role focuses on developing and delivering marketing strategies and plans across European Corporate Countries to drive growth and key KPIs.

Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home. The team collaborates with Brand and Digital Strategy, agencies and internal partners to reach the right audiences with compelling

Formación

• Successful track record with marketing brands and channels.
• Comprehensive (end to end) marketing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of employees and management.
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritise to complete work on a timely basis.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop marketing plans, campaigns, and materials to meet objectives such as growth and account expansion.
• Leverage market and brand insights to tailor strategies for the RLD across the customer journey.
• Create comprehensive briefs articulating objectives, insights, messaging and creative direction.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external agencies to align planning and execution.
• Monitor trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Align plans with business objectives and stakeholder needs across Marketing teams.
• Manage marketing budgets with performance measurement and ROI analysis.
• Provide monthly reporting on initiatives and campaign results.
• Pursue continual improvement through self-assessment and training.
