Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. in London (Vauxhall) is seeking an experienced Data Analytics / Category Management professional to lead the analysis and reporting of EPOS data across Europe. You will turn data into insights to support growth of the Sports Nutrition category and Glanbia brands (Optimum Nutrition and Isopure).

Key partners include Category strategy, RGM, Trade Marketing, Insights and Sales. Strong Excel, coding, PowerPoint and storytelling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in data analytics and/or category management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using multiple data sources to distill insights.
• Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Build EPOS data and analytics into the drumbeat of GPN Europe to inform strategy and commercial selling.
• Translate large data sets into actionable insights using Circana, Nielsen, Tableau, Power BI and Power Query.
• Distil market insight into regular reports and support category growth recommendations.
• Collaborate with local customer teams to understand market retail landscape and distributor/retailer partners.
• Create category/brand range and SKU level recommendations by market and channel.
• Lead internal reporting and tracking of category, competitor and brand performance for stakeholders.
• Foster a data- and insight-led culture by sharing dashboards and best practices.
