Job summary

Super Smart Service Ltd in the West Midlands, UK, is recruiting an EU Commerce Specialist with Mandarin to support warehouse leasing, procurement, and regional operations across Europe. You will liaise with landlords and suppliers, track milestones from site selection to occupancy, and help manage contracts, POs, and delivery schedules.

The role requires 2-4 years' experience in warehousing, logistics or cross-border e-commerce, plus strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant full-time work experience in warehousing, logistics, or cross-border e-commerce.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK for at least 1 year; visa opportunity may be available.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written) is advantageous for HQ communication.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse leasing projects across multiple European countries with landlord/intermediary liaison and lease term comparison.
• Track project milestones from site selection to occupancy and maintain accurate data.
• Assist with lease renewals, expansions, and terminations for warehouses.
• Assist procurement activities for large-scale warehouse projects including supplier liaison, quotes, and delivery schedules.
• Support contract, purchase orders, and delivery milestones through procurement process.
• Consolidate procurement information across regions for reuse and efficiency.
• Act as a business liaison with operations, warehousing, finance, and administration teams.
• Track commercial issues and assist in issue resolution to closure.
• Prioritise tasks and monitor deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
• Compile and maintain data on warehouse rental costs, rent-free periods, procurement costs, and project milestones.
• Support basic data analysis and reporting to provide insights for project reviews.
