Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 8am to 16:30pm

We're now looking for a Freight Planner,

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Produce and maintain both Strategic plans ensuring optimal solutions are achieved from both a cost and service level perspective
• Significant personal contribution towards optimisation activities that drive cost down solutions without affecting service levels.
• Data Analysis to forecast future and retrospective volumes to assess impact to freight plans.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer and internal colleagues, including senior management

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Planning & Operational experience in LLP operations in Supply Chain division and multi modal transport operations (Road, Air & Sea)
• Knowledge of systems such as CMMS / SAP would be advantageous
• IT Literate, With Microsoft Office Packages
• Experience in Excel based Data Analysis
