Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. seeks an EU CIP Manager within the Global Building Design and Engineering team to own end-to-end design improvements through the DCR-DCI pipeline, coordinating across regional and global frameworks to standardize EU practices.

You will lead cross-functional workstreams, benchmark EU standards against fast-moving regions, drive value-engineering initiatives, and translate global best practices back to EU operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Development Manager or similar in Commercial Development and Construction.

Responsibilities

• Own the EU AMZL CIP end-to-end, managing the DCR-DCI pipeline from idea to adopted standard
• Lead design change and standards-governance processes across multiple stakeholders with documentation and approvals
• Drive value-engineering and cost-reduction initiatives using benchmarking to challenge existing standards
• Benchmark EU design standards against the fastest regions to identify best practices
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across the EU AMZL network with precision and pace
• Support cross-regional programs, translating global best practice to EU operations
• Produce clear, data-driven program documentation and communicate findings to senior stakeholders
• Travel across the EU up to 40% to support site engagement and program delivery

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture
