MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with an award-winning FMCG challenger brand, which has been seriously disrupting the industry and still has much scope for growth.

This role is crucial for them and requires a resilient DACH Country Manager to join the team and be part of an exciting journey within a newly formed EU project team, including their Global Head of Amazon and Retail Sales Director. In this role, you will be accountable for driving the EU D2C expansion, effectively trading the EU sites, and managing performance marketing efforts with agency support.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

️ Candidates MUST have strong eCommerce Trading and Performance Marketing knowledge. ️ Experience working for an FMCG brand, ideally in a European capacity.

️ Candidates must be fluent in German and English.

In return, the business offers:

️ Salary between £60-75k, depending on experience.

️ Up to 30% bonus.

️ Genuine flexible working policy, with 1-2 days in the office.
