Hines is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its European development platform. You will negotiate design and construction contracts, draft procurement documents, and coordinate with international offices and outside counsel to manage complex projects.

Ideal candidates hold 4–8 years PQE, are qualified in the UK or another EU jurisdiction, and demonstrate strong negotiation, drafting, and cross-border transaction abilities with proficiency in MS Office and AI tools.

Competenze

• 4–8 PQE in real estate or corporate law in Europe is preferred.
• Qualified to practice in the UK or EU jurisdictions.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Negotiate and draft design, construction and related contracts.
• Assist with preparing RFPs and advising project teams during tendering.
• Respond to project issues, draft correspondence and coordinate outside counsel.
• Help implement playbooks, guidelines and contract templates.
• Advise on procurement strategies and deal structures including annexes.
• Collaborate with CCG, Legal, Compliance and Risk teams and manage priorities.
• Support contracts with vendors, geotechnical and environmental services, etc.
• Support litigation activities related to design and construction.
