EU CMO Supply Planner – Hybrid & Data-Driven

Job summary

MSD is seeking a Specialist CMO EU to support supply continuity for finished products manufactured by CMOs in the EU region. You will report to the CMO Category Lead EU within Animal Health Global Supplier Management and drive planning and analysis to optimize performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and achievement of cost-competitive supply within a global framework. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a quantitative field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Excellent data analysis skills in Excel; SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supply continuity by planning, executing and coordinating orders, shipments and deliveries from CMOs in the EU region.
• Leverage systems and data to create visibility on supplier performance, financials and contracts.
• Provide operational and technical support across AH-GSM; educate internal customers on supplier management processes.
