Novotech is seeking an EU Project Manager to lead planning and management of contracted responsibilities for clinical projects in the United Kingdom. You will act as the primary contact between Novotech and the client, directing cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage budgets, timelines, regulatory requirements, and quality, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project success.

Qualifications

• Graduate in clinical or life sciences required; suitable for related allied fields considered.
• At least 7 years of experience in the clinical research industry with project management background.
• CRO experience is advantageous for this role; other allied qualifications may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Determine project feasibility and scope with sponsor input.
• Review scope of work, timelines and deliverables with the project team.
• Set up and maintain project plans, timelines and CTMS/eTMF tracking tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, Biometrics, PV).
• Manage vendor selection and oversight to ensure study support and quality.
• Monitor study progress, risks and budgets; report to management and sponsor.

Formation

Graduate in clinical or life sciences

7+ years of experience in clinical research

CRO experience advantageous
