Job Description:

A highly respected energy trading company embarking on a major transformation programme, including the implementation of a new ETRM system to support their growing trading operations across multiple commodities.

As part of this programme, they are offering the opportunity for an experienced ETRM Business Analyst to play a key role in the design, configuration, and rollout of their new platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous ETRM implementation experience to work closely with both front office and technology teams in a business-critical role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the key point of contact between the business and technical teams during the ETRM implementation lifecycle
• Work with traders, risk, operations, and IT to gather and translate requirements into functional specifications
• Help shape system design and configuration based on business processes across front, middle and back office
• Support testing, training, data migration, and go-live planning activities
• Assist with vendor engagement and ensure project milestones are met to a high standard
• Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous improvement

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within energy or commodity trading
• Hands-on experience with at least one major ETRM platform (e.g., Endur, Allegro, Aspect, EnTrader, CTRMCloud, etc.)
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes across multiple commodities (Power, Gas, Oil, LNG, Metals, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – able to operate across business and IT
• Previous involvement in full-cycle ETRM implementations or upgrades

It’s a Hybrid role (3 days in London) with a salary up to £130k for the right candidate.
