Key Responsibilities

Support and manage relationships with a diverse portfolio of institutional clients across global markets.

Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and timely delivery of services and solutions.

Participate in trade execution and support processes, ensuring operational excellence and risk awareness.

Contribute to onboarding processes, trade query resolution, and overall service enhancement.

Provide input on client strategy, performance analytics, and solution design.

Maintain awareness of broader market trends, client positioning, and industry developments.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working within financial markets, particularly in client-facing or electronic trading environments.

Ability to work across business, operations, and technology teams.

Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

Comfort with data and system-based workflows.

Preferred Experience:

Exposure to FX, fixed income, or other electronic trading asset classes.
