Your New Role

As the Senior Ethics and Compliance Director for EMENA, you will have the opportunity to shape the company's Ethics and Compliance function. You will be responsible for monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring the business adapts accordingly. Your areas of focus will include Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Sanctions, Conflicts of Interest, and Anti-Money Laundering.

You will also undertake risk management responsibilities, developing strategies to mitigate critical risks and sharing best practices across the organization.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a compliance role.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Experience in building or managing third-party risk management (TPRM).
• Extensive experience conducting investigations in areas such as Fraud and Corruption.
