Job summary

Liquidnet, TP ICAP’s ETF-focused arm, seeks an experienced Head of ETF Strategy and Execution to lead global ETF growth. The role requires market-structure expertise, commercial leadership and strong client engagement across trading, sales, product, technology and operations.

You will partner across Liquidnet and TP ICAP to deliver revenue, expand market presence, and shape an ambitious ETF roadmap in a fast-moving, international environment.

Qualifications

• Significant ETF trading and market structure experience.
• Strong relationships across the ETF ecosystem.
• Proven track record of business development and revenue generation.
• Strong strategic/analytical skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and execute a clear ETF strategy and roadmap.
• Grow ETF revenues and client activity across regions.
• Lead product/technology initiatives to support ETF growth.
• Coordinate across Sales, Trading, Product, Technology, Operations and Risk.
