Navartis Ltd is seeking an Estimator to join our client's growing groundworks and civil engineering pre-construction team. You will prepare accurate estimates for groundworks and civil projects, review drawings, and support tender submissions.

The role welcomes estimators from general construction or other sectors transitioning into groundworks, with a strong eye for cost, commercial awareness, and collaboration with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Previous estimating experience within construction or civil engineering.
• Groundworks experience is highly advantageous but not essential.
• Applications are encouraged from Estimators with backgrounds in general construction, specialist subcontracting or other relevant sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials and associated costs.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and tender documentation.
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
• A genuine interest in developing a career within groundworks and civil engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations.

• Supporting tender submissions and attending pre-construction meetings.
• Working closely with the commercial and operational teams to ensure successful project handovers.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join a leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor, supporting the continued growth of their pre-construction team.

We are looking for an Estimator with a strong understanding of construction processes, tendering and cost management. While previous groundworks experience is highly advantageous, we also welcome applications from Estimators working across other construction and civls sectors who are interested in transitioning into groundworks and civil engineering.
