Job summary

London & Kent Roofing Ltd is seeking an experienced Estimator / Supervisor to join our growing team in London. This role offers a direct path to director-level opportunity and the chance to lead site surveys, quotations, and roofing projects.

You will estimate labour, materials and costs, supervise roofing crews and subcontractors, ensure health and safety, and liaise with clients and suppliers to drive the business forward. This is a full-time role with London-only scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing industry required.
• Estimating and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of roofing systems and materials.
• Organised, reliable and commercially minded.
