About The Role

We are looking for a detail:oriented and proactive Estimator with a number of years experience in roofing and cladding to join our growing team. You will be responsible for preparing competitive and precise cost estimates for a range of roofing and cladding projects, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for roofing and cladding projects
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
• Identify potential risks and cost:saving opportunities
• Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and regulations
