Responsibilities

• Review tender documentation and assess project scope.
• Ensure availability of information to price projects accurately.
• Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings with clients.
• Carry out detailed take-offs for refurbishment and fabric works.
• Produce Bills of Quantities (BQs).
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
• Analyze subcontractor returns for compliance and best value.
• Identify and capture risks within pricing.
• Prepare comprehensive cost plans for management.
