Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Brickwork or Scaffolding
Location: Northampton (ideal candidates within a 40-mile radius)
Full-Time | Flexible Working Available

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run subcontractor in the construction industry. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire two Estimators/Quantity Surveyors - one to support their Brickwork division, and one for Scaffolding.

About the Role:

Produce accurate estimates and cost plans for tenders and live projects

Handle valuations, variations, and final accounts

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Ensure effective cost control and value engineering throughout projects

Ideal Candidate:

Experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in either brickwork or scaffolding

Based within a 40-mile radius of Northampton

Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and well-organised

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and pricing

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
