About Us:

We're a dynamic and well established construction company seeking an experienced Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join our team. If you're passionate about construction and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to prepare accurate and competitive bids for our construction projects. You'll work closely with our team to analyse project requirements, quantify materials, and estimate costs. Your expertise will help us win new business and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed estimates and bids for construction projects

- Quantify materials and labour required for projects

- Analyse project plans, specifications, and contracts

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders

- Develop and maintain databases of costs, prices, and productivity rates

- Ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and submitted on time

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes

Requirements:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in estimating or quantity surveying

- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs

- Proficiency in estimating software, Causeway, Microsoft Project and MS Office

- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
