Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an Estimator for a Passive Fire Protection role based in Romford. The position involves a mix of estimating and pre-construction work, tender preparation, and close collaboration with clients, commercial and operations teams.

You will review drawings, specifications and costs, engage with clients and attend site visits, gaining project exposure and opportunity to advance within a growing business.

Qualifications

• Estimating experience within construction, ideally from drylining, M&E, interiors, fit-out or passive fire protection
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and costs
• Good commercial and analytical skills
• Confident communicating with clients, contractors and internal teams
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded with a genuine desire to develop and progress

Responsibilities

Estimator - Passive Fire Protection

Location: Romford Salary: Competitive + Bonus

We're looking for an Estimator to join a growing and ambitious Passive Fire Protection business, working with some of the UK's leading main contractors and construction companies.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator looking to take the next step, and we're particularly interested in people who may come from a drylining, M&E, interiors, fit-out or wider construction estimating background. You don't necessarily need to have a passive fire protection background, what matters is strong estimating experience, commercial awareness and a willingness to learn.

The Role

You'll be involved in a varied mix of estimating and pre-construction work, preparing accurate tenders and quotations, reviewing drawings and specifications, liaising with clients and working closely with the wider commercial and operational teams.
