Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a freelance estimator for a part-time role, 2-3 days per week, with remote working and occasional London office attendance. You will price packages for utilities, civils and drainage projects, using first principles to calculate Labour, Plant and Materials costs.

Experience with framework pricing, particularly utilities and water, is advantageous. The role offers flexibility for an established estimator seeking additional consultancy work while maintaining reduced hours.

Qualifications

• Experience pricing Labour, Plant & Materials from first principles.
• Experience with framework-based pricing, ideally utilities and water.
• Freelance/part-time ESTIMATOR with ability to work remotely.

Job description

We currently have an immediate opportunity for a freelance ESTIMATOR working on a PART-TIME basis, 2-3 days a week.

This opportunity would suit an established Estimator looking for an additional consultancy assignment or someone seeking greater flexibility with reduced working hours.

Industry Experience: Utilities, civils & drainage, with Water sector experience an advantage

Duties:

• Able to price packages and projects including Labour, Plant & Materials from 1st Principles
• Competitive Framework experience, ideally pricing utilities and water framework packages from 100k - 1m.

Contract: Outside ir35 and part-time 2-3 days a week

Location: Remote with occasional need to attend the London office
