The Role:

We're on the hunt for an experienced estimator who has proven estimating/tendering skills combined with practical and detailed knowledge of mechanical and electrical applications in residential and commercial applications.

Knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Battery storage and Solar PV is an advantage. This isn't your typical estimating role - you'll be part of our driven and successful team, delivering award winning and highly efficient specialist installations across the Beds, Bucks and Oxfordshire regions. You'll also be helping the company to triple our annual revenue as part of our wider growth plan.

Required Skills In Order of Importance:

• Estimating skills (take offs, rates, quantities and design details)
• Technical know-how
• Proficient with spreadsheets, costings and basic systems
• Email, communication and phone competency
• Understanding of contractual obligations
• Customer service and relationship building

Founded in 2022, we specialise in custom designed renewable energy installations within self-build homes, small developments and commercial buildings. We are award winning installers with a reputation for the most efficient renewable energy systems in the market. We're best known for installing heat pumps and low temperature heating systems, as well as battery storage, solar PV and air conditioning.

We currently have a team of 12+ full time staff spread across the office and live projects - primarily in the Beds, Bucks and Oxfordshire regions.
