In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed bills for accurate tenders, as well as the presentation and handover of tenders to the Project Team. You will also be responsible for risk evaluations and remedies/advising on risks, whilst working closely with supply chains and third-party/subcontractors, conducting occasional site visits when required.

The ideal Estimator/Carpenter/Joiner/Door Estimator will be from a Joinery Manufacturing/Interiors background. You will also have previous experience in an Estimator role (specifically first principle tendering experience), as well as an in-depth knowledge of the construction industry. Finally, you will be local to Leicester.
