Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, value-engineered cost estimates and assess tender risks/opportunities.
• Manage tenders from initial enquiry through to contract award.
• Liaise closely with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Play a key role in pricing works, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless handover to operations for successful project execution.
• Lead a team and train others.

The Person / Qualifications

• Proven estimating experience.
• Worked within groundworks, basements, or civil engineering.
• Based in Isleworth, South West London or commutable distance.
