The role of the Estimator Facades & Cladding Systems will involve:

Estimator position dealing with various range of exterior cladding and faade solutions including EWI systems, timber, aluminium, zinc, copper, brickslips and SFS

Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements

Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required

Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices

Carrying out site surveys as and when required

Producing formal quotations to clients

Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database

Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors

Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met

Estimating for projects ranging in value from £20k up to circa £2m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Facades & Cladding Systems with:

• Must have estimating experience within the cladding / faade / building envelope industry
• Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
• High levels of organisation and excellent time management
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
