Job Title: Estimator (Drylining Industry)

Our Client is seeking an experienced Estimator with a background in Drylining companies, possessing specialist industry knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, in collaboration with architects and clients.
2. Assisting in establishing client requirements and conducting feasibility studies.
3. Performing risk analysis, value management, and cost control.
4. Advising on procurement strategies.
5. Identifying, analyzing, and responding to commercial risks.
6. Preparing and analyzing tender costings.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience as an Estimator. A degree qualification is preferred. You should be highly motivated, a strong team player, trustworthy, reliable, conscientious, and eager to advance your career.
