Job Title: Estimator

Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator with a background in Drylining to join their team. The ideal candidate will have specialist industry knowledge and a proven track record in similar roles.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, in collaboration with architects and clients.
2. Assisting in establishing client requirements and conducting feasibility studies.
3. Performing risk analysis, value management, and cost control.
4. Advising on procurement strategies.
5. Identifying, analyzing, and responding to commercial risks.
6. Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience as an Estimator. A degree qualification is preferred. The candidate should be highly motivated, a strong team player, trustworthy, reliable, conscientious, and eager to advance their career.
