Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Liverpool is recruiting an Estimator (Construction/Fitout). You will own the pre-construction process, preparing tender packages, take-offs and BOQs, and producing accurate tender submissions for high-value commercial fit-out projects.

You will collaborate with project managers, clients and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and robust cost planning, with Chartership support and clear long-term progression.

Qualifications

• Estimator or similar from construction background.
• Able to commute to Liverpool, Merseyside.
• Chartership support is provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender packs, take-offs, and BOQs.
• Produce pricing documents and final tender submissions.
• Work closely with project managers, clients and suppliers.
• Support pre-construction cost planning and delivery.
