Estimator (Construction)

£40,000 - £45,000 + Company Bonus + Progression + Training + Company Benefits + Monday - Friday + Office Based

Are you a Estimator or similar looking to join a multi-million pound company who are market leaders within their industry, offering excellent progression routes into Senior and Management roles?

Do you want to work with high profile clients across London, while increasing your earning with a twice a year bonus?

This company, established 30 years ago now have over 40 employees, and are continuing to grow. They produce bespoke exterior joinery products used in high end residential gardens throughout London, as well as in Commercial settings. Due to the promotion of an internal employee, they are looking to add an Estimator to their team.

On a day to day basis you will be involved in developing client relationships, assisting with estimating and tender documents based on engineering drawings, as well as project costs and timescales and overall working with other members of the team to solve design and project problems.

This role would suit an Estimator or similar, looking to join a well-established company where they can develop their skillset while having the opportunity to progress into Senior roles.

The Role:

• Monday - Friday (office based).




• Assist with Estimating projects costs and timescales.




• Assist with Tender documentation.

The Person:

• Estimator or similar.




• Commutable to Clacton-On-Sea.
